ROOKIE 00 Youth Mesh Jersey

Every family team has a rookie — the youngest cousin, the kid trying flag football for the first time, the one who just learned what a first down is. This jersey gives them the title: ROOKIE on the back with a double-zero number, like a player who has not picked a number yet.

The fabric has a light mesh-look texture that stays comfortable on warm early-season afternoons, and the cut is loose enough to wear over a long-sleeve tee later in the year. It is ready-made, so it is an easy pick for birthday parties and team-themed sleepovers.

• V-neck, short sleeves, relaxed youth fit.
• Colours: turf green, red and royal blue, all with white lettering.
• Youth sizes XS to XL.

Not sure which size? Measure a T-shirt your child wears now and compare it with the youth chart in our Size Guide. When in doubt, size up — they will grow into it by the next season.
